What can I expect from coming to therapy?

Therapy is moment-to-moment and guided by the relationship between therapist and client. It is a place where you can show up authentically and be met with compassion and understanding.

Together, we will go at your pace to work through past and present experiences that may be causing you pain and suffering and shed light on issues that may have felt the need to stay hidden until now.

We will collaboratively work toward your goals and develop more insight into who you are.

Do you offer only teletherapy?

Yes, at this time we offer teletherapy services and in person sessions. Teletherapy sessions are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant platform. I will walk you through the necessary steps to help you get started.

What is your fee?

Individual therapy is $175 for a 50-minute session. Group fees vary, depending on the services provided.

Question 4

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

I am available to discuss some insurance options. I can also provide monthly statements in the form of a superbill to submit to your insurance provider.  Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to receive “out of network” services and receive partial reimbursement for sessions.
