Nora Katz is the founder and clinical director of Inner Compass. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who trained at Columbia University, and she works with individuals, couples, and adolescents. Her approach draws on psychodynamic, relational, and attachment-based therapy, along with EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work. She is interested in the patterns underneath what brings people in, and in helping them feel more at home in themselves.
