In Nikki's words
Maybe you're experiencing anxiety, going through a difficult transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
My approach draws from cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based therapies.
I became a therapist because I genuinely believe in the value of having a caring, safe, and trustworthy professional by your side. I believe we all have strengths that can help us navigate life's challenges and build a life that feels meaningful to us. Sometimes, we just need someone to sit alongside us as we figure out what that looks like. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, sharing your experiences, and exploring what's important to you.

My approach draws from cognitive behavioral and acceptance-based therapies. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop tools to navigate difficult emotions, and build on the strengths you already have. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I want you to feel heard and understood throughout our work together.
I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and open to the possibility of change, even if they're not quite sure where to start. I work well with young adults and adults navigating a variety of personal, relational, and emotional challenges. I also recognize the important role that culture and identity play in shaping our experiences, relationships, and sense of self. I offer sessions in both English and Farsi.
I offer telehealth sessions throughout California, currently on Monday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. A superbill is available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance.
If you're considering therapy, you can book a free 15-minute phone consultation with our team. I'd love to learn more about what brings you in and see if working together feels like a good fit.
